Logan Leads was founded by Dr. Camille Logan — an educational leader, scholar, and systems strategist with over three decades of experience in public education. Camille leads with an ethic of care, courage, and community that shapes every aspect of her work.
As the former Associate Director in Canada’s second largest school board, she led system-wide initiatives to strengthen leadership practice, advance identity-affirming learning environments, and address structural barriers impacting student success. Her work influenced leadership development and policy across one of the country's most complex school systems.
Camille’s doctoral research at the University of Toronto examined how leadership policy can unintentionally reproduce inequity — and how more expansive, inclusive models of leadership can be cultivated. Her scholarship continues to inform leadership development across sectors.
Today, she partners with leaders and organizations navigating complexity, growth, and change. Her approach blends systems thinking, human-centered design, and reflective practice to help leaders align values with action, strengthen culture, and build organizations where people and communities can thrive.
She holds space with compassion, asks incisive questions, and supports leaders in making courageous, principled decisions — especially when the work is difficult.
She is the recipient of the National Harmony Award, was named as 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women in 2016 and received the Ontario Supervisory Officer Distinguished Leadership Award.
Logan Leads was born from a simple but urgent observation: leadership systems often fail the very people they are meant to serve.
After decades working within complex public systems, Dr. Logan saw how culture, policy, and unexamined assumptions shape who thrives — and who is left navigating invisible barriers.
Logan Leads exists to help leaders do this differently. To build organizations from the inside out — strengthening culture, aligning values with action, and creating change that honours both people and performance.
